Our student counsellors are ready to help you with your questions about: 

  • application and admission via quota 1 and 2
  • admission requirements
  • programme content
  • study choice and study doubts
  • student life

If you have guestions about application and admission to the master's programmes, please send us an e-mail at optagelse@ku.dk

We will answer within ten weekdays.

You can contact a student counsellor to talk about admission to UCPH bachelor programmes or choice of study. When you talk to the counsellor, you can decide whether you should continue on Zoom. For example, if you need to share your screens or talk face to face.

We are not allowed to discuss your application with others, unless you upload a written power of attorney together with your application.

Questions about special support/Special ¸£Àû¼§al Support (SPS)

You can contact UCPH Student Guidance, if you have any questions about special support in connection with functional impairments. They can help you with:

  • guidance on special educational support (SPS)
  • completing your application form
  • clarifying the decision on your application
  • having aids repaired/replaced
  • guidance on extension of support.

Questions about state education grant (SU)

In Denmark, students can receive monthly financial support from the Danish state to cover living expenses for students. It’s called SU (state education grant).

The SU Office at the ¸£Àû¼§ offers guidance on SU rules.

Other Questions?

You must contact one of UCPH's other student guidance offices, if, for instance, you are:

  • a current student
  • interested in a Ph.D.
  • relative to a current student
  • or interested in visiting the ¸£Àû¼§
